Be a Class of 2013 Senior Rep

At Weldon Photography we believe that our best representatives have always been our satisfied clients. We also believe that high schools students really like cash and cool electronic gadgets, so we’ve decided to put the two together and create a great opportunity for class of 2013 students.

Represent our studio and earn cash, cool electronic gadgets, and more.

How does it work? It’s as easy as 1,2,3

1) Become a Weldon easy pay client by signing up for a two, three, or five hour senior portrait easy pay plan (reps get a discount) before July 31, 2012. Limit 2 reps per school, so sign up early.
Easy pay plans include free photography time so everything you invest goes toward the products of your choice.

2) Refer your friends from all area high schools. You will be rewarded for each referral that signs up for ANY of our 6 senior portrait easy pay plans. Plans start as low as $34.90* per month. (Your friend gets a bonus gift for redeeming your referral card.)

3) Earn cash, cool electronic gadgets, and more.

How much cash?
You are paid a commission for each referral that signs up for an easy pay portrait plan. Commission rates range from 3% to 8% of plan amount. That means you could earn from $10.47 to $155.92 per referral.

What kind of cool electronics?
Cool electronic gizmos like a Kindle Touch 3G, a Play Station 3 game console, an LCD TV, or even a new iPad.

And more?
You can earn photos products, some only available to our senior representatives, but check this out…. you can actually earn a stretch limousine to take you and your friends to your senior prom! How much fun would that be?

This program is open to class of 2013 students from Antietam, Boyertown, Brandywine Heights, East Penn, Exeter, Fleetwood, Hamburg, Kutztown, Muhlenberg, Northwestern Lehigh, Oley Valley, Parkland, Reading, Schuylkill Valley, Southern Lehigh, and Upper Perkiomen school districts. Your school not on the list? Maybe it should be, give us a call.
Limit 2 reps per school. Reps must sign up by July 31, 2012, the sooner you sign up the better chance of getting the bigger rewards. Program ends 2-28-2013
*plus PA sales tax, based on 10 payments.

Call, email, or visit Weldon Photography and we’ll provide complete details to you.

Weldon Photography – We’re about a whole lot more than just a yearbook snapshot.

Whew! We have launched our new website.

March 28, 2012

There are still some tweaks needed but most of the content is complete at WeldonPlace.com, we even have a new online store.

Come check out the new site and join us in our 10th anniversary celebration.

Working on another web site redesign.

March 17, 2012

I didn’t think I’d be doing this again so soon after our last site redesign but…..

We have to redesign our web site again due to the need to add an upgraded eCommerce option. This also requires us to change our web hosting to new servers, loosing our current blog in the process, so we’re resurrecting this WordPress blog to be inserted into the new site.

Stay tuned for the grand unveiling.

Remington (Remi) is our Brandywine Heights Class of 2010 Spokesmodel

Here are a few images from his studio session.

We’ve been busy for our slow season.

March 18, 2009

A lot has been going on around the studio for the past few weeks.

In the studio we hung another backdrop roller system (this one a 12 footer), painted the studio floor (long over due), and rearranged the entire shoot space to allow for more versatility. Then we had our Class of 2010 spoesmodels come in for their studio sessions during the last few days. We’re hoping to complete the spokesmodels outdoor sessions in about 2 weeks if the weather permits.

For the Professional Photographers Association of Pennsylvania I assisted Frank Bellocchio in the re-design of the new PPAofPA.org social networking website.

All in all things seemed to go pretty smoothly and we’re really getting primed for the upcoming senior portrait season.

Oh, that reminds me, here are a few photos from Adam’s senior portrait session. Adam is a Class of 2009 student at Kutztown.

PPA of PA February 2009

February 17, 2009

Well I’m just back from the February meeting of the Professional Photographers Association of Pennsylvania. It was a fun and informative gathering.

The main event was the two day seminar with Dennis Hammon as the speaker. Dennis Hammon is a Certified Professional Photographer and the owner of Hammon Photography in Idaho Falls Idaho for over 30 years. He touched on subjects like seniors, couples posing, glamour, fine art, and marketing & sales techniques. Unfortunatly I missed some of the presentation due to my duties on the association’s Board of Governors and as the associations webmaster, but I thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Hammon’s insight, wit, and ability to share his extensive wealth of knowledge.

It was fun to see old friends and meet some new ones at the “Valentine Harmony” party on Sunday evening. There was dancing, ane snacking, and chatting going on through the evening and an after party in the presidential suite afterwards.

I’m really looking forward to the PPA of PA convention coming in April from the 19th to the 21st. Speakers will be Keith & Holly Howe, Mark Campbell, Patrick Rice, Jim Wellman, Suzette McIntyre, David Derex, and a shoot out with Rich Beitzel.

I hope to see all of my photographer friends there.
